Celuna is fortunate to have been present at the World Class Sales Masterclass workshop hosted by Tony Morris on the 22nd of February at the Radisson Blu Hotel. JAYE Malta Foundation provided us with this fantastic opportunity as a prize for winning the Mock-Fair Best Stand Competition at the Start Up Programme Weekend 3 Workshop at the Medavia Hangar in the previous week. This prize was generously sponsored by Ultimate Performance. This masterclass was about understanding and learning how to deliver world class first and Last impression in today’s highly competitive environment.
The workshop proved itself to be extremely motivating and eye-opening with regards to the way a business should operate. It was made evident that no matter the size of your business, good customer service needs be at the heart of the business model, if you wish to be successful. It is important to provide good customer service; to all types of customers, including potential, new and existing customers. Tony Morris also provided us with great tips and techniques which could easily be implemented into our business, in an attempt to deliver world class.
Being present at this event provided us with the opportunity to interact with employees and entrepreneurs who are keen on letting go of previous assumptions and understand what a World Class first and last impression should look like.
Tony’s presentation was indeed very interactive, motivating and informative, in which he passed his message across to all present in an entertaining and life-changing way. Finally, Tony Morris provided us helpful tips on ways we could improve our business model.
