Future Skills High Impact Project
JAYE Malta is proud to announce the launch of the Future Skills High Impact Project, supported by HSBC Malta Foundation. Through this exciting new project JAYE Malta is embarking on a mission to impart essential financial fluency skills to the community by reaching 6000 people by 2023. Over the two year project, JAYE will continue to upskill businesses within the community as facilitators who will then deliver JAYE programmes to different cohorts from different demographics around Malta and Gozo.
With access to the wealth of practical knowledge and skills being delivered through this project, beneficiaries will feel a sense of empowerment when it comes to taking control of their personal finances.

Erasmus+ Project – Young European Entrepreneurs
JAYE Malta is launching its first ever Erasmus+ Mobility based project in collaboration with 2 international colleges Jamtlands Gymnasieforbund in Sweden and Thora Storm Viderogaende skole in Norway for the Young European Entrepreneurs Project funded by Erasmus+ to engage, connect and empower European Youth through transnational experiences. The first transnational mobility trip will be hosted by our Swedish partner in their hometown of Östersund. The attending delegates will have the opportunity to meet likeminded students from Sweden and Norway who are also participating in entrenrepreneuship programmes . The theme and purpose of this project is to serve as an opportunity to interact with other students participating in entrepreneurship programmes, increase employability amongst participants, establish a sustainable view of entrepreneurship in a post-covid world and increase interest and knowledge about business, start-ups and the start-up eco-system in other countries. Participation of the project is subject to the transnational meeting and subject to invitation.

Building a Financially Capable Generation
JAYE Malta has been selected by HSBC Global for inclusion in the new JA Worldwide project – Building a Financially Capable Generation. This initiative is directed toward young people ages 12-16 and will consist of foundational volunteer-led sessions to deliver understanding around financial literacy, financial capability, and what the differences are; a financial capability app – a game based educational resource that allows students to practice concepts around financial capability in a fun, safe, game-based environment and finally there will be an Innovation Challenge allowing students an opportunity to demonstrate learning through response to a posed financial capability challenge.
This project serves as a driver on several different JA global strategies including network alignment, learning modernization, and partnership for growth and innovation.
The JAYE Malta team is very appreciative of being chosen for this project and very excited to give its input and participation.
